What we collect
Technical data. When you load a page, our hosting and delivery provider receives standard request information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page you asked for and the time. That is how any website is served. It is also used to keep the site secure and working.
Click data. The buttons that lead to casinos pass through an internal redirect. When you press one, we record that the click happened, the page it came from and an identifier that lets the casino’s affiliate programme credit the visit to us. This is how we earn a commission, as explained in the affiliate disclosure. It does not tell us your name.
Traffic measurement. We may use basic, aggregated measurement to see which pages are read and how the site performs. We use it to improve the content, not to build profiles of individual readers.
Cookies and similar storage. The site may set small files or use browser storage for the redirect, for remembering preferences and for the measurement described above. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, and the pages will still read normally.
Price ticker. The strip of coin prices near the top of the page is loaded by your browser from a public price data service, so that service sees your IP address in the same way any site you visit would. We do not send it any personal details.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, payment details or identity documents. We do not run a newsletter. We never ask for crypto wallet addresses or private keys, and you should never enter them into any site that claims to be ours.
Casinos and other sites
Casino operators run their own websites with their own privacy policies. Once you leave this site, what the casino collects, including identity documents, deposits and gambling history, is governed by that operator, which is outside Australian regulation if it is an offshore company. Read their policy before you register. Our reviews describe their verification practice in the KYC section, and the wallets guide covers what to keep private.
Who we share data with
We share information only with the services that run the site: the hosting and delivery provider, the redirect and affiliate tracking that credits clicks, the measurement service and the price data service. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
Retention
Server logs and click records are kept for as long as we need them to operate the site, detect abuse and reconcile affiliate activity. Then they are deleted or reduced to aggregate figures.
Your choices
You can browse without cookies, use a browser privacy mode and block trackers. You can ask what information we hold about a visit, and ask us to correct or delete it, although without an account we can only identify a visit if you give us details of it. Australian privacy law may give you rights to access and correct personal information, and you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you are not satisfied with our response.
Age
This site is for adults. You must be 18 or older to gamble in any form, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we publish the new version on this page. Rules for using the site are in the terms of use.
